- Not misuse or attempt to defraud our services in any manner

Any misrepresentation, fraud, or withholding of material information may result in immediate denial of services, termination of existing agreements, and legal action including civil and criminal penalties under US law (including 18 U.S.C. § 1344 for financial institution fraud).

While we provide professional financial guidance and recommendations, all investment, loan, and insurance decisions carry inherent risks. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Wealth Navigator Finance does not guarantee any specific returns on investments. You are advised to:

- Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from third-party services, system failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events (including natural disasters, pandemics, acts of terrorism, or government actions)
- Unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence in safeguarding login credentials
Our total aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
9. Electronic Communications and Consent (E-SIGN Act)
By using our digital services, you consent to receive electronic communications including agreements, disclosures, statements, tax documents, and notices via email, SMS, or your online dashboard. You agree that:

10. Loan and Credit Terms (TILA & ECOA Compliance)
For loan and credit products, the following additional terms apply in compliance with the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and other federal lending laws:
- Loan approval is subject to credit assessment, income verification, debt-to-income ratio, and collateral valuation (if applicable)

- You provide false, fraudulent, or misleading information
- You default on payment obligations
- Required by law, court order, or regulatory directive (SEC, FINRA, CFPB, etc.)
- We suspect illegal activity, money laundering, or sanctions violations (OFAC)
- You file for bankruptcy or become insolvent
Upon termination, all outstanding dues become immediately due and payable, and access to services will be revoked. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination.
